CURTIN UNIVERSITY INVITES BEAUFORT STREET NETWORK AND FRIENDS

LogoOn behalf of the Curtin University Urban & Regional Planning students, you are formally invited to participate in a small workshop focused on the themes, ideas and issues relating to Beaufort Street. In doing so, you will work alongside students in creating an Affinity Diagram. This is achieved through using non-verbal techniques and observing how different participants relate to different issues and themes. The outcomes of the workshop will contribute to the Beaufort Street Network’s Activity Plan, so your ideas and opinions could help produce real change.

The themes and issues will include:

– Beaufort Street – What kind of place is it?

– Things that need to change

– Place making activities within the area

Time: 4.00 – 5.30pm

Date: Friday 20th September

Location: St Albans Church Hall, 423 Beaufort Street Highgate

Please visit by 3.55pm so we can have a prompt start at 4pm. Tea and coffee will also be provided for the day.
